Chateau Follent is a small-scale, founder-led wine and mead project based in Australia; documenting the journey of building a wine brand in formation.

Founded by James Follent, it began as a garagiste project; handpicking fruit, fermenting in the garage, and refining each batch through iteration.

Chateau Follent exists to create wines that inspire hospitality; bringing people together around wine, food, conversation, and shared moments.

Each release reflects a chapter in this journey; forming a record of progress over time, with a vision to grow into a 250-case production shaped by craftsmanship and hospitality.
